i sorry , i tried in 7 , 8.1 and 10 ( i am using it right now )
windows 10 is not supported, lowest version I’ve got working is 7.
i tried in 7 and still not working 
the last time i use WM 4.7 is in Windows 10

strange, when i installed Windows Messenger 4.7, on Vista it installed like normal, on Windows 7 (Starter, idk why)… just the same as vista tbh
Oh and CM is enabled to “Windows XP (Service Pack 2)” on vista, not sure about 7, not checked…
