You can easily install winks with this installer by clicking the wink once after setting up MsXlabs. It also installs moods, display backgrounds, and themes. I tried it out and it works.
Please note that it is in Turkish. If you live in Turkey, you will be fine. But if you live outside Turkey, you might have trouble with the language. However if you do understand Turkish and live outside Turkey, then you all good.
