I’m looking for the program, MSN Skin Maker, does anyone have it or know where to download it?

If you get an elevation error, you’ll need to run it as administrator so it can install the old version of the .NET Framework.

does it work for MSN 7.0?
I would like it to be possible to make an MSN 7.0 skin with an MSN 2009 view, would it be possible?
