I am attempting to install MSN Messenger version 4.7 but an error message pops up with "This installation cannot complete because Internet Explorer 5.0 (or later) is required. I literally have IE11, so I don’t understand why. Same thing goes for 4.6, and maybe 4.5. 
Why not just use WLM 8.5 if you’re on Windows 10?

Well do that in Windows XP VM instead
