I get the same error " error contacting sound server." every time I try to make a make a new sound with MSN live plus. I’ve tried reinstalling msn and messenger plus and problem still persist. Been having this for a few weeks now, any solution?
I can reproduce this too. After a few tests, existing uploaded content that’s been cached on the server seems to work, but new sounds seem to fail. I guess it’s possible the the server ran out of disk space or something.
I don’t think there’s anything that can be done on this end, other than uploads failing, the server is connecting and responding.
This has been fixed.
