There’s no any workable MSN Explorer patch yet, basically you can’t connect to the MSN Explorer’s server because of its servers are down.
Anyway, I recommend you to watch this video Exploring MSN Explorer (Windows XP’s MSN Client) from Michael MJD on Youtube, and there you can see how MSN Explorer was like.
if you mean that the servers are down, you mean that SOME of the server are down while the free version is dead however you can still use msn explorer but you may need a premium or a dial up (yes they still do exist) subscription
