Msn 5.0 error on windows xp professional

Problem description:
when i installed msn 5.0 and patched and login in is getting
error

Error code/error message:
sorry we could not sign in due to one or more of the following
. the sign in name does not exist
. the password is incorrect
. the passport service is temporarily unavaliable

What has been tried so far:

Windows version:
windows xp professional

did you actvated ur account?
did u patched the msn and the windows to have tls 1.2?
and try windows xp integral edition 2024 its cool and im using it and all the patches are installed automatcally u just need to actvate ur account and patch the msn ver
