I don’t know if this is the right place to ask, but I’m looking for the TTS Voice used in this video. You may also recognize it for the “TARGET LOCKED” sound effect.

The only information I know about that voice is that it was included in a 1996 program called Microsoft TalkIt!, as “Big Robot”.
Does anyone have more information about it? Let me know.
