Yes, I use Iridium Browser, the majority don’t know what browser it is, but is a chromium version that looks like faster than chromium and chrome itself, but, can you fix MessengerGeek detecting Iridium Browser (or Chromium) as Google Chrome?
As you likely know, browsers identify themselves using a User Agent. The Iridium Browser user agent identities itself as Chrome, so all websites will think it’s Chrome. Open this site up to see your user agent.
I wouldn’t blame them for it either, as a non-mainstream browser, it’s the only way to maintain compatibility with most of the web.
