In yesterday’s Telegram 3.7.6 beta, there’s a new experimental feature (Menu, Settings, Advanced, Experimental settings) , “New chat window by Ctrl+Click”.
It’s still a bit glitchy for full-time use, but it’s definitely great to have finally. You can pull out a conversation by holding down Ctrl and clicking on it, then stick the newly opened conversation window in a separate spot on your screen or another monitor.
