I want to use the school computer, but is it possible to use MSN without creating an account on the school computer?

simple answer: No

School PCs/Laptops are tired down and will have stuff like this blocked

depends on what computer

if its a chromebook, near impossible… but i do know an exploit for some chromebooks which allows for custom applications

yeah ive messed around with chromeos ages ago! hence why i know the android subsystem would still be kicking around!
