Is it possible to mix different versions interfaces of wlm? For example, in 8.5, add a opportunity change in the color of the user’s frame depending on the status (online-green, busy-red and ect.) from wlm 2009.
Its not possible. The color-changing aero outlines were added in Windows Live Messenger 2009
there is aero outlines since 8.5 but its not colored.

It is possible with skins, but we dont have any skin that does that, so that counts as a NO.
