This version of Internet Explorer has been upgraded from the old version 9 and works for the new windows. I tried youtube and google and it works fine if you want other things to try, just download it below. I have an older version of 6, but it goes for all windows and this version works for all windows. iirc, this is ie 9 for windows versions newer than vista and 7
iirc IE9 is just a super-early build of IE10, but not really.
its also the only version of ie that didnt come with a version of windows
well it was released during the early builds of windows 8 developer preview. 80xx if memory serves.

Yeah probably.
virustotal shows something that seems to be kinda sus, but i don’t think its a virus. but keep an eye out just incase.
