I decided to host one, it can support MSN 1-7.5, well… so. i guess it will be on radmin cuz.. vps is damn expensive.
UPDATE: Moved it to a VPS.

Well, I can make a Discord server where you can get a user account from me.
huh? what backend does it use?
(I am not a security expert, nor do i claim to be. If i’m wrong about something, don’t bite my head off about it. Shit happens.)
Genuinely, this seems like a huge security risk. No matter what your true intentions are, having someone else make the account for you should never even get considered, let alone actually putting it into use. From what I know of radmin, you’d basically just be giving people that you don’t truly know direct access to your home network. This is not only a risk to your machine/server, but it’s also a risk to others on your network, such as your family. This is me assuming you’re using your home/main internet network for this.
Do you even fully understand the backend? If not, that’s also a security flaw. You could leave a massive backdoor as a result of something being configured incorrectly, even if the option makes miniscule changes. If you keep on in this manner, the chances of this becoming a Phoenix sequel are high. All it takes is one person.
I’m not an expert, but I’d like to think I’m at least somewhat good with cybersecurity. I don’t have much job experience, but I’ve done a decent amount of vulnerability research (including multiple vulnerabilities in large software packages) and I’ve also done a lot of research into the field as a whole.
You are absolutely correct, in that Radmin VPN, as far as I can tell, has no capabilities to filter what ports a connected user can access. Furthermore, users within the same Radmin network are all able to access each other. Effectively, not only is this putting the network of the host at risk, it’s also putting the network of every single connected user at risk.
I get that some people can’t afford VPSes/hosting and can’t port forward. But my philosophy, at the very least, is that once someone is announcing a service to users and they start using it, they have a duty to protect their service, because the users have chosen to trust the service with their data.
I get your concerns about Radmin VPN. Sadly I tried a free vps in my old times back when I host NunoBox, I couldn’t port forwards in that VPS.
The database is kept on my computer.

hmmmm.
Due to my concerns, I deleted the previous reply.
I work on multiple projects people!
Let me think twice about this
I once ran a MSN 1-7.5 server and took several attempts.
I understand your concern, I’m not dumb as Wildman to host this server on Windows Server 2003, I will even put Fail2Safe on my pc. its only listening to my radmin ip.
I even researched on ChatGPT about this.
I can make a sign up html about this.
So, updating the server due to Woodland586’s and Epicness’s concerns. I will move this to a VPS + Radmin + Fail2Ban
I care about your safety. and updating the server for your safety lol.
I don’t mean to be a prick, I just don’t want you accidentally putting your computer, files, and safety on the line.
Making a sign up page that works with your server may be more challenging than you may think.
Seriously though, please research stuff in depth yourself instead of letting an AI do it for you. You haven’t any idea how much one satire reddit post could poison the response.
i know, i get your concerns.
Moving servers is complete.
You would also need to create the relevant backend code on your website for doing this. HTML is just a markup language for styling and laying out documents, not a programming language for writing actual functionality.
AI is not at all the best resource for this. Or for anything, really. Do your research instead of asking the slop machine for a regurgitated and usually incorrect answer.
I personally wouldn’t trust a service ran and stored entirely from someone’s PC that they do literally everything else on, that is a massive attack vector.
What server software are you using, out of curiosity?
I recently moved the servers, so I should be fine.
^^^ I moved it to a VPS.
After some considerations of concerns, I moved it to a secure server.
