Hey everyone! I noticed that the ICQ 2001b (build 3633) smilies are the same as they appeared on AOL Instant Messenger 4.7

The most notable difference is the emoticon shortcuts.

OK, so some of the emoticon shortcuts are different.

But the emoticon graphics themselves aren’t different from each other. :stuck_out_tongue:
