For some reason it looks like a character design from a reboot of a CN cartoon

The artstyle looked similar to that of Ren and Stimpy. I was able to trace it back to a PDF full of character concepts. Either this was a scrapped character design, or a scrapped character. Unsure, i never watched the show.

I also found a Pinterest post showing art of a similar style, however it seems to be a spam post that also links to a dead portfolio website.

Oh, I guess someone just did a very nice digitalization. I knew it was something out of CN from the 90s or the start of 2000s, but I really thought it was by someone trying to mimick those because it’s not on a piece of paper like what 99% of the ideas are shared lol
