I installed twrp and rooted my galaxy a10

and it works kinda fine no lie

To be honest, I would rather not root my phone, because i know the risks of rooting and i don’t want to risk my phone to brick.

I’ve always rooted my phones, although in fairness it’s been technically supported in all of them, so there was never any real risk.

Admittedly I don’t find it as used as in years prior, but the reason I do it is to have access to the whole file system, ie. be able to do backups properly and fix or change things that might otherwise be impossible.

what you can do with the rooted phone eh?
