Because you’re in windows 10, WLM 8.5 should be working. :confused:
So…

  1. Win + r, type inetcpl.cpl, press enter.
  2. Click advanced tab
  3. Scroll down and make sure SSL 2, and 3 are unchecked, and TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 are checked. :slight_smile:

I think thats a problem, I dont think certain versions support more than 8 characters.

sometimes clients wont sign in if your password has more than 8 characters, so shorten it to 8 characters or less and try signing in again

I’ve got the same problem sometimes… But all I can say is… That what I do, is to close the WLM Messenger and then wait 5 minutes, and the I open It and voila! It works… Of course, that solution IS ridiculous… But It actually worked for me.
