I can't play games and activities but my friend can

My friend is using MSN 2009 like me and he can make voice messages and start a game/activities.
But i just can’t start a game, but i can accept and play like normally, it’s like i don’t have a camera but i have.

Friends PC: Positivo Notebook
My PC: Desktop with Microsoft HD

Did you try perhaps reinstalling WLM2009?
