I can't login in my account on Messenger

I just created my account on Escargot, but i can’t login to my account on Messenger…

This is the error code that appears: 80048821

I already tried to change my password, but it happens the same thing!
NOTE: I’m using Windows Live Messenger 2009 and my OS is Windows 10.
