I cannot install wlm

Problem description:when i run the pre-patched installer, it gives me an error

Error code/error message:“An error occured while attempting to install one or more critical components. Setup will not abort”

What has been tried so far:installing the unpatched version, deleting WLE.

Messenger version:WLM 2009

Windows version:windows 10

also, currently only WLM 8.5 works for me

close this please, i deleted everyt single trace of WL and it works now!
