There are NO good oses for PCs, Windows? Buggy mess recently. Mac? It’s a pay up! Linux!? File System mess ups! So NO don’t use a PC, Use a Phone Instead.
There is software you may need that a phone just can’t run.
While yes, phones are getting better, there’s always that possibility
Welp, If you can’t use Windows becasue it’s buggy and Linux because of File System Breaking and Corrupting and Macs for ahem MONEY. and with phones having NO SOFTWARE that you need. So tell me this: Is this technology even worth nowadays?

Just install a old version of Windows 10 and disable via gpedit and it’s fine.
I see your point, but installing older versions of Windows 10 could possibly do more harm than good
I recommend you 1809 or 1803 or 1709 (disable updates after install) version, my favourite versions.
