How do you make a 2009 YT clone and host it locally (at least for now)

I’ve seen examples such as BitView, VidLii (cringe), but how do you make all of this actually work?
If you know a GitHub page that has instructions on how to do this, that would be great!

i mean first u need the website then smth to put the videos into
then u need to host it

I don’t know if you got inspired by PokTube/SquareBracket (futureproofing), anyways.

To start working on your 2009 YT clone, you should know PHP and SQL.

Do not host on XAMPP. Try hosting on Linux.
