Problem description: how do I send a message with msn messenger 7.5? I just shows a bunch of stuff about servers and emails and I don’t know what you fill out

You add people via their e-mail address, or if on Escargot, by their username with @escargot.chat suffixed at the end.
To chat with them, double click their username while they’re online and send them a message.
