How do I make my site accessible on old machines/browsers

Although my site (black-snow.neocities.org) is designed to look retro, it is still unable to load on older browsers (like IE 5) (I don’t think these browsers are able to load HTTPS). How do I switch my site to http or get it to run on old browsers? (I don’t have JavaScript)

Switch to Github pages and get a custom domain where you can disable HSTS.

Note: github pages was mostly intended for stuff like webpages for open source programs
