Your Messenger version is too high, you should use only the one name MSN Messenger (any version).

Microsoft shut down the original Messenger servers years ago – but you can take a look at http://escargot.log1p.xyz. However, this server is not linked to the original MSN servers (thus different buddy lists).

Your version is too new. All MSN Messenger versions up to 7.5 are supported.
