Help me with my DELL LATITUDE E6500

i have a dell latitude e6500 with windows xp integral edition i use it to retrospective but today i tried to turn it on plugged in the charger and pressed power button nothing happend the the power buuton glowed blue and the capslock on the bar glowed and turend off and then made this repeat and i cant acsess the laptop itried to dissamble it removed the ram put it again nothing happend

for my latitude e5540 (2014) that usually means that there is no battery, and mine needs a working battery to boot
try replacing the battery

But now the all 3 leds the scroll lock and the num lock and the caps lock is glowing and it have a battery but the charger that i use is 65 watt charger and beacause of this the battery led is glow blue then orange 4 times and repeat

Mine is e6500 2008 win vista version

And nothing appeares on the screen

that’s exactly what happens to mine when there’s no battery or the battery is at 0%
once again, try replacing the battery

wait i rememberd a thing before today it was working fine even with no battery and it was 0% when i put it

And now it bootlooping with nothing on the screen
