Updated from 2009 to 2012 and sends the error message: “80090004” / Can anyone help me?
Is this on Windows 8.1? If so, this is a bug in the released version of the operating system. Microsoft fixed it in December 2013 and you can get the fix by running Windows Update (the details are at this prior post). Just updating to Windows 8.1 Update 1 will be enough though.
