Problem description: I’m trying to log in into the Messenger and it drops out the error code below.

Error code/error message: Error Code: 80072ee2

What has been tried so far: 5.0 (with different error i’ve already forgot)

Messenger version: 7.0 Current

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.592)

Make sure you downloaded the prepatched installer.

That’s what i did. And i still do get this error message.

I’ll try one more version if the error still occurs, i’ll write another topic.

That usually means the server is down.

Can i know when they’re going to be back up? I’m a little excited using it again after so many years.

Usually its a few minutes, but downtimes are sporadic and can happen randomly.
