When I used ESET Internet Security I have suffered from this, but I do not remember the way I fixed it. NOD32 does not have a firewall, make sure that the Windows firewall (or a third-party firewall, if you use it) is not blocking the MSN connection to the Escargot servers. Also add the MSN in the white list, can be a false positive.

same problem i dont know why happened

i added on white list but nothin!maybe it needs restart?

Try it.

It will not hurt if you restart

cant restart now.

why?
:stuck_out_tongue:

i will restart when i can and i’ll report back

I gave a try and added 2 adress to white list of ESET online protection. i can login now.

@OhHelloThereImTheGuy can you report this on valtron?

As someone who used to do this myself, it is almost a full-time job to stay on top of this sort of thing.

A better solution is to report the false positive, since you are using the product and we’re not.

All VirusTotal will indicate for URL blocking is that it’s marked as malware, and only ESET has done this.
