Escargot Messenger, login error on windows 10

Problem description: I can log in with my Windows Live ID account, but not with my friend’s account or a new Windows Live ID Account.

Error code/error message: error 80048823, username or password are incorrect (but really are correct, and only with MY account the log in work correctly)

What has been tried so far: I tried to log in different versions, disinstall ad uninstall, patch every version automatically and manually, but nothing is happen.

Messenger version: Version 8.5

Windows version: Windows 10

The Best solution is to create an escargot account. if you already have, try using the fake account which they allowed to create the fake email and password, so don’t worry, they won’t suspend your account
