Please check if Windows Live\Contacts still has the patch DLL for your server present.
You probably need to use msiexec /x {41C61308-6CFD-4D54-AB6A-7136ED08A18E} to uninstall the 2012 version of the Windows Live Communications Platform (“contacts library” or “contacts platform”)
