Error 81000378 on Windows XP

Can somebody help me with MSN on Windows XP?

8.1 doesn’t normally work on XP but @anon74637124 found a trick that makes it work so ask him

This is common error on (Un)Patched copies of XP,due to it having wonky HTTPS you have to use a local proxy
