Hello guys! Well, at the time of writing this, I have done almost everything, I have changed my password 3 times (even making it only 6 characters) I have seen some topics with the same problem, I tried all the solutions and nothing has happened. I have Win10 with Messenger version 8.5, help!
Ps: Im Spanish, but the error its the same in the english ver.

Are you sure you try all solutions?
First to do is to press Win+R>type inetcpl.cpl>press Enter>Click advanced tab>Scroll down and turn off SSL 2.0 and 3.0, and turn on TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2
Yeah, i have tried to do it and I realized that not only do I not have TLS 2.0, but I also already had TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 activated 
TLS 2.0 doesn’t exist. There’s only TLS 1.0 - 1.3. Also, make sure your password isn’t more than 8 characters, since sometimes the clients are picky about that.
