there are two types of underage

being digitally underage is being under 13, where you can’t register on most websites while being honest. COPPA is a thing, y’know

I think the only people I’ve seen refer to “underage” as the digital underage are minors. On Twitter, people will have “MINORS/UNDERAGE DNI” for “if you’re under 18, do not interact”
Most people refer to 18 as “no longer underage”
By American law, which is the law most websites follow, underage = 18. Underage is just a synonym for “minor”
