Can't start games with other people, call or send winks

Using msn 8.1!

I’m trying to chat with my friend and every time I try to call them, send them a wink, or try to play a game in chat, all of those things don’t work?

When I try to call them I’m getting the error code (0x80ee001c)

If I send a wink, msn says they’re not in my contact list, even tho they are?

And when I try to send them a request to play a game, it gets send with a huge delay and when they accept it doesn’t start for me.

voice calls are not yet supported on CrossTalk unless you’re using LAN or something like Hamachi, it’s complicated

i’m not sure why winks or games wouldn’t be working though, have you tried restarting MSN (via closing it in task manager and opening it again)?
