Problem description: Escargot refuses to sign me in. First I couldn’t sign in on the website, and now I can’t sign into Messenger. My account does exist, but somehow I couldn’t get myself on the Escargot servers. Going to “register” says that I already have an account, but logging in brings up the error.
Error code/error message: 81000303
What has been tried so far: Changing my password
Messenger version: MSN Messenger 7.0
Windows version: Windows 10 v1809
The message means “We couldn’t sign you in, because the username you entered doesn’t exist, or you have the wrong password.”. I changed my password 3 times, made one that’s 8 characters long, and it still brings this up. “Help” in the menu bar redirects me to some MS website, though I did run the after-install program and everything. Help!!
