Problem description: I cant seem to log into msn escargot, but i can on the website, so i dont think my account is deleted.
Error code/error message: it says, we are unable to log you into msn at this time please try again later, then troubleshoot info.
What has been tried so far:
downloaded version 2009, i get the same message “cant log in because servers is temporarily unavailable

11 i think i have the update, did the patch to 2009 no avail.
