Can't get the MSN 7.5 patcher to run on Linux

Problem description:
Trying to open the patcher results in nothingness, it just doesn’t run.
Error code/error message:
None, it doesn’t open.
What has been tried so far:
Changing the Windows Version, nothing.
Messenger version:
MSN Messenger 7.5
Windows version:
Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS running the latest Wine release.
