Can't download Escargot MSN

I tried downloading the MsgPlus-3.63.148 and when I try to execute it a window pops up that says this

MsgPlus is a addon. not the main MSN thing, you need to install the patched msn

How do I do that?

En la sección Downloads tenés que bajar hasta Spanish > Pre-Patched y descargar escargot-msn-7.5.0324-es.msi o bajarlo de este link, que es el mismo de la página: MSN 7.5 Escargot Prepatched
