Oopsie.

Just found out that the version of Win32s I installed (1.18 methinks) doesn’t want to run ANY Win32 application. So I’ll install 1.25a and see if anything changes.

I can pretty much conclude that you can’t install MSN Messenger on 3.1 in any way, shape, or form.
