So today, since I have nothing to do, I’m gonna install XP in a VM and use that as my OS for the day, as opposed to Windows 10 (which I have now).
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
real men use XP on real hardware ![]()
I don’t have any compatible hardware to do that with
I have an XP/Vista-era laptop, which has XP x64 drivers, and I could try “One Week with Windows XP x64”.
My sister has a laptop with Windows XP. Maybe I could ask her to lend it to me for a few days and do that challenge…
Already been using Windows XP on a real computer with dual 1080p monitors for a couple days now (on a Media Center-based setup, that is.)
should 1080p and windows xp even be together
The UI,etc work great only the default xp wallpaers are eh ![]()
my complaint is that its not period correct
Still using XP with 1080p is not bad anyways ![]()
but why would you want to
but why not? ![]()
same reason that linustechtips guy tried to play tomb raider with 16 monitors: for the lulz
why would you want xp in 1080p anyways, wasnt it designed for 4:3 in mind or something
yes
anyone can do whatever they want and whatever resolution they can use on any OS ![]()
then why cant i use 16:9 on win9x
natively
because i know QRes is a thing
i can ![]()
[citation needed]
neither is xp
this.
XP in high resolutions is not too great looking, higher DPI for XP looked too ugly comparing to later versions of Windwos 10.
