Somewhere, I’d argue it isn’t worth it. There are actually viable open-source projects for the OSCAR protocol nowadays. (see: GitHub - mk6i/retro-aim-server: Self-hostable instant messaging server that makes classic AIM and ICQ clients work again. (Independently developed, not affiliated with or endorsed by AOL))
For anybody curious, I remember the copy I had came with the entire database, it was “encrypted” but was extremely easy to decrypt (a simple php script could do it).
It was pretty silly.
