I’m having troubles with the write protect hard drive, and that means, I can’t modify the pluggings, GSDX, graphics or the PS2 controls, and I even tried running it in administrator mode… Could anyone please help?

Nope, this is the solution:
-Open windows defender
-Go to virus protection/ransomware protection/allow an app to run without write protection.
-Select the app you want
And ready!
This is cuz Windows Defender over protects you.
