WLM 8.5 works on Windows 2000 for some odd reason

So, WLM works in Windows 2000 but not on XP this isn’t normal

I already did, it says “The procedure entry point I_RpcBindingInqLocalClientPID could not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll” when clicking “Sign in”.

Meanwhile, WLM 8.5 (and 8.1 too) installation fails when I remove the version check.

Sorry for bumping this topic, but I was actually wrong on this. This happened because I used a different version of RPCRT4.DLL, which lacked the function.
But even then, it still does not go past this screen:
