WLM 8.5 doesn't log in in Windows XP

When I try to log in, the following message appears: “You can’t use WLM right now because your contact list isn’t avaliable. Try again later.” The error code is 81000378. Using SP3 with IE8. Tried the root method… nothing. Messing with the security settings of IE… nope. What the hell is going on?

it simply does not connect to windows xp, if you want to use msn on windows xp it has to be 7.5 or older
