winclient5270 has a tutorial on how to make windows update work properly:
itās gonna have a lot of updates incoming and sometimes itāll fail to update, but itās normal and so youāll need to retry on those that failed.
note: Yes, the Ultimate Extras do work if you have Ultimate.

Yeahā¦ most of beta 1 to rc1 doesnāt seem to work with anything
thanks to our great friend UAC which expects a different thing than āasInvokerā, which is used by 98% of applications
save for 5270 which you can disable uac and it actually makes things work but still
I tested at the time yes. On the day of the Microsoft conference, which ended at night, as soon as I got home, I made a dual boot with Windows XP that was already on my PC. I have never seen Windows Vista as fast on a PC as in this beta 2!
