Windows Messenger, that came with Windows XP, is unusable at the moment (and different from MSN Messenger, installing 7.5 didn’t remove it). Any work on getting it running with Escargot?
Escargot | MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger this is what is used if you want to use windows messenger instead of the newer messengers.
you just have to patch it 
no it’s actually a change in a registry value,
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MessengerService
ValueName: Server
Value: m1.escargot.log1p.xyz;35.185.201.91:1863 (or just m1.escargot.log1p.xyz, it will just resolve into the full address.)
I didn’t get it to work with patching, but will try again.
