So after tinkering around for 2 hours, WLM 2009 in the future may have Escargot because I dug around in a hex editor and replaced the server domain, however it only says the service is down.
Its maybe because Escargot domains dont have a protocol for WLM 2009.

And I think the code for the WLM 2009 protocols are lost.
