What happened to the profile picture of Leo?

I was browsing to my old posts from October 2018 and i founded a mention of Leo. I putted my cursor on the mention of Leo and i don’t see Mickey Mouse… I see a female pikachu… Since Leo is banned. I don’t know if banned users can change their profile apparence. Was it a staff who wanted to “troll” Leo?
